Flexiness® Canine Core Concept


1. Provider of the Services

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the online services provided by:

Gangwerk GmbH operates the website pack.caninecoreconcept.com (the “Site”) and related digital platforms, programs, applications, and services connected to the Flexiness® Canine Core Concept (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

The Services provide an online learning platform and community dedicated to canine fitness, core conditioning, and responsible physical training for dogs.

Within these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Gangwerk GmbH and the Flexiness® Canine Core Concept Services.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the Services.

By accessing the Site, creating a user account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Additional policies, such as our Privacy Policy or community guidelines, may apply to specific areas of the platform and are considered part of these Terms.


3. Nature of the Services

Flexiness® provides educational content related to canine fitness, conditioning, and movement training. The Services may include online courses, training programs, video demonstrations, written materials, and community features.

All materials are intended for educational purposes and are designed to help dog owners, trainers, and professionals develop a better understanding of canine fitness and core stability.

Training recommendations are generally intended for healthy dogs unless otherwise indicated.

Users remain responsible for assessing whether exercises are appropriate for their dog. Veterinary advice should be obtained where necessary.

Flexiness® cannot supervise how training exercises are applied outside of its platform and accepts no responsibility for independently applied training.

 

4. User Accounts

Some parts of the Services require the creation of a user account.

When registering an account, users agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • keep their login credentials secure

  • ensure that access to their account is not shared with unauthorized persons

Accounts are intended for individual use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users must be at least 15 years old to access the Services.

If a user accesses the Services on behalf of a business or organization, they confirm that they are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to training methods, course structures, videos, texts, graphics, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Unless otherwise permitted in writing, users may not:

  • copy or reproduce the content

  • distribute or publish course materials

  • upload materials to other platforms

  • resell or commercially exploit the content

  • use Flexiness® training concepts or materials for commercial purposes

Access to the Services grants users a limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal educational purposes only.

Unauthorized use or distribution of the content may result in suspension of access and legal action where appropriate.

 

6. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

In particular, users must not:

  • interfere with the operation of the platform

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • share copyrighted course materials with third parties

  • present Flexiness® educational materials as their own work

Flexiness® reserves the right to restrict access to the Services if these rules are violated.

 

7. Dog Welfare and Safety Responsibility

Users acknowledge that all training exercises and guidance provided through the Services are designed for healthy dogs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By using the Services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for assessing whether exercises are appropriate for your dog

  • Veterinary advice should be obtained before beginning any training program

  • Dogs must be trained in a safe environment with appropriate supervision

  • Training must be discontinued immediately if a dog shows signs of discomfort, pain, or stress

Flexiness® provides educational guidance but cannot supervise how exercises are applied by individual users. Users accept that any risks associated with applying the training to their dog are their responsibility, including injuries or adverse health outcomes.

 

8. Account Security and Course Use

Access to the Services, courses, and digital content is granted for individual use only.

You agree that:

  • Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared

  • Downloading, copying, distributing, or sharing course materials without written permission from Flexiness® is strictly prohibited

  • Attempting to monetize, resell, or publicly distribute Flexiness® content without authorization is forbidden and may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action

Flexiness® reserves the right to monitor usage for compliance, and any violations may lead to immediate restriction of access to the Services or legal enforcement where applicable.

 

9. Access and Availability

Flexiness® aims to maintain reliable access to the Services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Flexiness® reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services where necessary.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flexiness® and Gangwerk GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • training outcomes resulting from independent application of exercises

  • injuries or health issues in dogs resulting from incorrect training execution

  • technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Changes to the Services or Terms

Flexiness® may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements.

The most current version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered seat of Gangwerk GmbH in Switzerland
